During the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) 2026 Annual Meeting, FibroFighters Foundation presented important research on Fibrolamellar Carcinoma (FLC). Using our customized FLC Tumor Portrait, we have now built a dataset of over 120 Fibrolamellar patients a significant milestone in understanding this rare disease!
Our ongoing collaboration with BostonGene leverages BostonGene’s AI-powered Tumor Portrait® platform, integrating whole-exome sequencing (WES) and RNA-seq transcriptomic profiling to comprehensively characterize the tumor microenvironment (TME) in FLC patients. This multi-omics approach enables the identification of actionable biomarkers, immune evasion mechanisms, and personalized therapeutic strategies tailored to each patient’s unique molecular profile.
Presenting at ASCO marks a pivotal milestone in our mission to advance translational oncology research for this underserved patient population. Every data point brings us closer to improved clinical outcomes for FLC patients worldwide.
